Mathews Nichols Group named to RealTrends' The Thousand list for 2011

Transaction volume of nearly $150 million last year puts the group on prestigious Wall Street Journal/RealTrends list

DALLAS (Sept. 6, 2011) -- Vaulting to the forefront of Texas residential real estate sales, the Mathews Nichols Group was ranked No. 13 on a prestigious new list of the nation's top 250 real estate sales teams compiled by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends, Inc.

Led by principals Erin Mathews and David Nichols, the group at Dallas-based Allie Beth Allman & Associates recorded a closed transaction volume of $149,237,300 in 2010.
