Driven by a lifelong passion for architecture and unique homes, Faisal has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas for nearly 15 years. By combining his extensive sales background with his formal education in building construction, Faisal is uniquely capable of assisting clients in the many facets of selling and purchasing real estate.
Upon graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction, Faisal oversaw key development projects in East Texas for KBR, Inc. (formerly Kellogg Brown & Root), and was then recruited by Continental Airlines to serve as a Business Analyst and Corporate Sales Manager. His strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively negotiate deals afforded him key contracts with several Fortune 500 companies, including ExxonMobil, Reliant Energy, and Enron.
Among the most prized attributes Faisal brings to Mathews Nichols Group and Allie Beth Allman & Associates is his love of people and his strong organizational skills. One of three original agents assigned to the sales efforts of One Arts Plaza, Faisal was instrumental in the early success of this avant-garde project. Aside from his outstanding history in this arena, Faisal has sold many fine homes and condominiums in some of the city’s most affluent areas, and has consistently ranked as one of the firm’s top producers. Faisal was named a Vice President of Allie Beth Allman & Associates in 2010.
When away from work, Faisal is often seen walking his English bulldog around Uptown, enjoying time with friends, and watching college football. He is an active member of the Dallas Architecture Forum, Preservation Dallas, and the 2008 Dallas Modern Committee. Faisal delights in his ability to give back to the community, and serves as a committee member and fundraiser to many organizations benefiting such entities as The Family Place, Two by Two for AIDS and Art, and the Dallas Museum of Art.
