Having sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Dallas and Park Cities homes her 18-year career, 90% of Erin’s business has consisted of repeat and referral clients.
After co-founding Mathews Nichols in 2006, Erin has been instrumental in the group’s meteoric success which was recently recognized by The Wall Street Journal’s listing Mathews Nichols Group as #35 among the country’s largest-producing residential real estate teams.
Specializing in the most elite properties of Highland Park, University Park, North Dallas, Preston Hollow, Greenway Parks, Bluffview and Turtle Creek, Erin herself has consistently been ranked among the top 1% of all Realtors in the nation. She has also been recognized by D Magazine as a Dallas real estate Power Broker and annually as one of the magazine’s Best Realtors in Dallas.
