Pat Harloe
Associate
(972) 380-3865
Born and raised in Houston, Pat has lived in Dallas for the past 30 years. She first launched her Dallas real estate career in 1985. As a member of the Mathews Nichols Real Estate Group, Pat brings a wealth of real estate experience and knowledge to the firm. Most recently, she was Director of Sales for The Residences at Hotel Palomar – a luxury high-rise condominium development next door to and managed by Kimpton Hotels’ Palomar. Prior to that, Pat served as Director of Marketing and Communications for The Plaza Turtle Creek, a two-building luxury high-rise project next door to and managed by Rosewood Hotels’ The Mansion on Turtle Creek, where she handled all aspects of the development’s marketing, public relations and advertising.
Pat’s professional and personal life is a rich blending of the sales talent she has worked to develop. She loves helping people find their perfect environment. Throughout Pat’s career, she has learned to master the art of listening to clients’ preferences and desires; thus, she intuitively forges a personal bond with clients as she assists with their buying and selling needs.
Pat’s civic duties have included various fundraising committees for Crystal Charity Ball, board member and chairman of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation’s Race for the Cure, Junior League of Dallas, Dallas Theater Center, Leukemia Society of Texas, The Hockaday School and St. Mark’s School of Texas.
Pat has lived in Preston Hollow, Highland Park and University Park, and her knowledge of these and other Dallas neighborhoods is abundant. She is married to John Harloe, an investment manager with Barrow Hanley Mewhinney & Strauss, and collectively they have five children.
